Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you contact us or request a preview, we collect the information you give us: your name, business name, city, industry, current online presence, email address, phone number, and preferred membership tier. Our servers also keep basic logs (such as request time and IP address) needed to run the site reliably. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
We use this information to build your website preview, deliver and support your membership, and respond to your questions. We do not use it for anything beyond running and improving Adelante Sites.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure located in the United States.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we need to operate: hosting and payment processing. Those providers only receive what they need to perform their service for us.
How long we keep it
If you submit a lead but never become a member, we delete your information on request. If you are a member, we keep your information for the length of your membership plus 90 days, then delete it unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@adelantesites.com. We will honor your request within 30 days. If you are a resident of a US state with its own privacy law, we honor the rights that law gives you, including the right to request deletion of your data.
Children
Adelante Sites is a business service and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the update here with a new effective date.
