Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you contact us or request a preview, we collect the information you give us: your name, business name, city, industry, current online presence, email address, phone number, and preferred membership tier. Our servers also keep basic logs (such as request time and IP address) needed to run the site reliably. We use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta Platforms, to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to this site and to show our ads to people who have visited. It sets cookies and sends Meta the pages you visit, the fact that you sent us a request, and technical details about your browser and device. We do not send Meta what you type into our forms, we do not use this data to build profiles about you, and we do not sell it. We also count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you: it records the page, the site that sent you, and your country, browser and device type, and it never receives what you type into our forms.
Advertising and your choices
Meta may combine what it receives with other information it holds about you, under its own privacy policy. Some state privacy laws treat sending visit data to Meta for advertising as sharing personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out three ways: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, and this site will not load the Meta Pixel for you at all; use a browser or extension that blocks tracking scripts; or change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Our internal pages and client previews never report visits to Meta.
Why we collect it
We use this information to build your website preview, deliver and support your membership, and respond to your questions. We do not use it for anything beyond running, improving, and advertising Adelante Sites.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure located in the United States. If you submit a lead, your contact and business details are also copied into our customer database, run for us by Neon in the United States, so we can follow up with you.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to the providers we need to run and promote the service: Vercel, which hosts this site, stores our records and counts visits; Neon, which runs our customer database; Stripe, which processes payments; Resend, which sends our email; Cloudflare, which routes our domain and mail and keeps backup copies of our records; Telegram, which delivers internal notifications to our team; Ollama, which runs the AI models our internal assistants use when they read our customer records; and Meta, for the advertising described above. Each receives only what it needs to do its job for us.
How long we keep it
If you submit a lead but never become a member, we delete your information on request. If you are a member, we keep your information for the length of your membership plus 90 days, then delete it unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Voice assistant (Sofia)
If you choose to talk to Sofia, our AI voice assistant, the conversation is processed in real time and transcribed. Sofia is operated by Pilon Qubit Ventures LLC and runs on Google's speech models. Transcripts and any details you share, such as your name, business, or email, are kept for up to 90 days so we can follow up, then deleted. Sofia asks for your consent before the microphone is used, and you can ask us to delete a transcript at any time by emailing hello@adelantesites.com. The written chat assistant on this site keeps no record of the chat.
Prospect records
When we consider reaching out to a local business, we may collect publicly available business information: the business name, category, public listings, public reviews, the public website, and a publicly listed business contact. We use it only to decide whether our service could help and to make that first contact. We do not sell it, and we delete a prospect record 24 months after we collect it unless the business has become a member. Any business can ask us to delete its record or never contact it again by emailing hello@adelantesites.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, and we honor that permanently.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@adelantesites.com. We will honor your request within 30 days. If you are a resident of a US state with its own privacy law, we honor the rights that law gives you, including the right to request deletion of your data.
Children
Adelante Sites is a business service and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the update here with a new effective date.
